Named 2006 Agent of the Year for Keller Williams Denver Central, Kim has been a Realtor since 2003, and has earned her GRI designation, and also has a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art (1993).
As an investor of residential real estate property, Kim advises clients regarding the selling and buying process, how to evaluate neighborhoods, market trends, and how to negotiate the sale. Primarily working in the Residential home arena, she specializes in investment property purchases, relocations, as well as guiding first time home buyers through the process, making it simple to understand.
Kim has a strong work ethic, and works with a honesty and integrity. Among Kim's honors, she has received the Keller Williams Denver Central "Agent of the Year" for 2006. She is also the Social Committee Chairman, and organizes many social events and fund raisers for KW Cares, a non-profit organization designed to help fellow agents in need.
Kim's interests include golfing, billiards, travel, collecting art, and playing with her char-pei/springer mix, Tuffer. She has also been known to drop in at open houses on her day off!
